We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday 9am to 12pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.
We primarily use the USPS for all of our domestic and international shipping. If orders are for more than 5 items we will use UPS as our shipper. If you have any questions about shipping, or request something different, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We ship to the 48 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Domestic orders is flat rate $5.00 USD.
We ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that these shipments cannot be shipped via UPS.
We ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand.
International orders is flat rate $20.00 USD.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item[s] postmarked within 15 calendar days from receipt for either a refund or an online store credit. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags still attached. Please allow two weeks from the time you mail your order for you return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and mailed.
Sale items are non-refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return. Please do not return final sale items to us.
Send an email to email@example.com including your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for returning. After sending your email, please allow about 1-2 business days for processing. If approved, you will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to complete your request.
